Strategically, we had to consolidate multiple websites into a sales-first, single URL with a unique experience for Canadian and US shoppers. While under development, the social media strategy started with a daily, lifestyle-focused post to engage the audience based on their weekend activities and let them know our client was more than just a product on a shelf in a store. Together, the fresh design and elevated brand experience changed the buying cycle for customers.
