323 MEDIA
01 — About Origin · Est. 2019

We didn't set out to build a marketing agency. We set out to solve problems.

323 Media Group launched in 2019 with a simple premise: organizations that serve a constituency — members, clients, donors, students, athletes — live or die by how satisfied those people are. Marketing was never the goal. Satisfaction was.

Every engagement was different. The budgets were different. The audiences were different. The problems sounded different on the surface. But underneath every one was the same gap: the organization's people weren't satisfied — and that dissatisfaction was quietly compressing revenue.

By year seven, the pattern was undeniable. So we stopped calling ourselves a marketing agency.

02 — Difference Agencies vs. 323

Same outputs. Different question.

Most agencies ask: "What services do you need?" We ask: "Where are your people dissatisfied — and what is that costing you?" That single substitution changes everything that follows.

Tools we build
Templated brochure sites, social calendars, email sends.

03 — Sectors of Practice Where we work

We work where revenue is downstream of how satisfied a constituency is — and where the constituency is large enough that satisfaction has to be engineered, not handled case by case.

04 — 323 Media On Satisfaction
Satisfaction isn't soft. It's structural. When your members, clients, or donors are genuinely satisfied — they renew, they give more, they refer others, and they defend you when you're not in the room.
