We didn't set out to build a marketing agency. We set out to solve problems.
323 Media Group launched in 2019 with a simple premise: organizations that serve a constituency — members, clients, donors, students, athletes — live or die by how satisfied those people are. Marketing was never the goal. Satisfaction was.
Every engagement was different. The budgets were different. The audiences were different. The problems sounded different on the surface. But underneath every one was the same gap: the organization's people weren't satisfied — and that dissatisfaction was quietly compressing revenue.
By year seven, the pattern was undeniable. So we stopped calling ourselves a marketing agency.
