History
Collaboration was the origin of 323 Media. Our founders were working together in complementary roles in Sales & Marketing, but while they had the same objective, it was like they were working at two different companies. In fact, the marketing team was working on promotions without consulting the sales team to understand what their customers’ key selling points were. The sales team wasn’t sharing what their leads were telling them or which competitors were the biggest threat.
Finally working together a few years later, the connection clicked and the results followed. Since that day, we’ve added key people to build and lead our in-house team. This became the genesis of 323 Media – take action after identifying a chance and collaborate to supply the right solution with a team that aligns business goals with deliverable results.
