Brand Refresh

Is it time for a makeover?

If you’re thinking about it, others probably are too.

All organizations go through change and often those changes mean their brand doesn’t look as close enough to what they do anymore.

What would you like to see?

  • New Logo
  • New Tagline
  • Website Redesign
  • Updated Online Presence
  • Better Content

The goal of a brand is to identify and embody the character of the organization and its attributes. This authenticity is a cornerstone of our design process.

Here’s a breakdown of our Brand Refresh Process:

  • History and Background
  • Design considerations
  • Establishing Goals and Outcomes
  • Creating a Roadmap
  • Accomplishing Milestones, Together

History and Background

Understanding your origin story and how you've made it to today is incredibly important. The growth, obstacles, victories and changes create the fabric of your journey. It should be embraced as you move forward; some new elements might be a nod to the past and others may just create context for your brand's next chapter. We want to learn all about it.

Design Considerations

Your brand lives in more places than you might be able to list off the top of your head. That's ok, this isn't a test. But, it is important to think about what needs to be changed and how much impact that may have. Could there be a new introduction for your customers? Does a new sign, vehicle graphic, store redesign, brochures or website impact and/or benefit your operations?

Not only does this change the scope of work, it can also impact budget, timelines and rebrand launch planning.

Establishing Goals and Outcomes

There's always a reason to want to update your look. We want to help you see it through with the positive outcomes you've envisioned. The goals we will create together are meant to be a guide for the process, an easy checklist to see if everyone is on track and moving in the same direction.

Creating a Roadmap

The introduction of your new brand will require phases. These can take anywhere from days to years, depending on the duration of specific tasks and external factors.

It's not to make you feel rushed or held back, it's meant showcase a customized, tailored approach for each client. Some have a specific deadline, others have a long-term vision that we need to build towards with milestones along the way.

Our roadmaps are designed to create sustainable growth, leveraging your brand assets and increasing your return over the long term.

Accomplishing Milestones, Together.

We get just as excited about hitting milestones as you do. These are great opportunities to reflect on the progress made with your brand as we grow into a new chapter and chase after another milestone.

Why milestones?

We know timing can be tricky. In some cases it’s difficult to establish when a new objective should start when we may be too early (not enough proof of concept) or too late (missed opportunities) and so we stay flexible as goals are met.

We find this is most common with marketing activity – volume of social posts or blog articles, frequency of podcast episodes and YouTube videos, or email newsletters. Each of these is a great extension of your brand, and makes even more sense to double down when you see some traction.

Let’s start the consultation process.

Josh Hundal

Editor-In-Chief

We all know it can be challenging to think creatively sometimes, especially if it’s your job every day. Josh has a way with words, he literally was born with it. What started as proofing papers and children’s books has transformed into thriving with words being used for content marketing, search engine optimization and spot-on call-to-actions.

“If I’m stuck I just move on to another project and come back to it later. Writing has always been intuitive for me – I’m sure being raised by a 10x-published children’s book author has been a contributing factor.”

Being able to ensure the right voice for any specific audience is key to messages getting through and making an impact. Josh manages the content creation, editing and publishing. Having fun with words means there might be an easter egg or clever backstory built-in.
